Special reminder:
1. The print head is a fragile part. Before installation, please make sure that the ink pump of the machine works normally, and there is no problem with the ink cartridge or continuous ink supply, otherwise the print head will be easily damaged or the effect will not meet expectations;
2. Due to the air intake or the ink not completely filling the ink sac inside the print head, there may be a small number of nozzles that are not fully discharged when the machine is just started. At this time, you only need to use the computer to clean it 2-3 times and let it sit for half a day. Do not use a syringe to push air, and do not use various cleaning fluids to fill the nozzle. This is likely to cause cross-colors to appear inside the nozzle.
Machine troubleshooting and precautions:
1. The red light flashes when starting up. It's not necessarily that the print head is broken. There may be a problem with the chassis or motherboard. In this case, fix the error problem before purchasing the printhead.
2. The machine does not recognize the ink cartridge. The main reason for this is a blown motherboard fuse. Please replace the motherboard or replace the motherboard fuse.
3. Does the data cable show signs of cracking/corrosion or burnout? If the data cable is broken or not plugged in properly, it will burn the nozzle and the motherboard. Please check if your data cable is in good condition!
4. All buyers are advised to use good quality ink cartridges/ink/continuous ink supply, because the service life of the nozzle is directly related to the ink.
